Michael Smith - Executive Director 

Michael Smith is a consultant and academic with over 15 years of education and experience working with community technology centers, non-profit organizations and educational institutions.  From 1998 - 2009, Michael served as the Vice President of Technology for the Baltimore Urban League and held direct oversight for the Department of Commerce Telecommunications Information Infrastructure Assistance Program, The U.S. Department of Education Community Technology Centers Network initiative,  CISCO Network Academy, National Urban League digital campus program,  and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Neighborhood Network program.  He has held the position Associate Professor of Computer Information Systems at Prince George’s Community College and adjunct professor at Johns Hopkins University and the Graduate School.  

Tanya Callender - Project Manager 

Tanya has over 10 years working in the non profit, education and government sectors.  She has served as the Center Director for the Dream Academy where she was responsible for administration, finance and human resources.  Prior to the Dream Academy, Tanya served as a Strategic Communications Specialist for the U.S. Department of Housing and Community Development, where she developed work plans, managed budgets and coordinated policy recommendations.  In addition, she held the post of Senior Program Director where she was responsible for the management and oversight of the "Welfare to Work" initiative.

Wayne Kee Jr. - Director of Financial & Administrative Services 

 Wayne currently holds the position of Director of Financial Services for one of the top Insurance companies in the Mid-Atlantic area.  With over 15 years in the Financial and Administrative arena, he brings a wealth of knowledge to the organization.  Some of his specialties include banking, contract/licensing, sales, billing, commissions, training, and insurance to name a few.  He’s also currently a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).   In addition to his financial background, Wayne has 9 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator which will allow him to provide additional reporting and tracking capabilities for the organization. 

 Temitope Akomolafe, AS, A+ - Technology Coordinator Image result for nigerian flag

Temitope serves as the project coordinator for our Seniors' First Program., where manages the staff, coordinates volunteers and manages curriculum.  She also serves as a trainer for our TECH BRIDGE program and technical support specialist for CETAT.    She completed her Associates Degree in Information Technology at Prince George's Community College and has an A+ Certification and teaches at Prince George's Community College

Fahad Khan, A+ - Web Developer 

Fahad has extensive experience in manual and automated testing.  His development experience includes, but is not limited to:  Java, HTML 5, Joomla, VBScript.  He currently has his Associate's Degree in Business Administration and his working towards his Bachelors Degree in Mobile Application Development.  Fahad is responsible for the curriculum and instruction for our programming classes.  Fahad is interested in System optimization, Software Development Life Cycle optimization, and Waterfall and Agile software development methodologies. 

Donnita Harrison, CCNA - Technology Specialist 

Donnita serves a Seniors' First trainer, where she provides computer literacy training to senior citizens.  In addition, she provides PC repair and networking support.  She is currently an adjunct professor at Prince George's Community College.

Joshua Hardaway,- Technology Specialist 

Joshua serves a Seniors' First trainer, where he provides computer literacy training to senior citizens.  In addition, he is currently studying Cybersecurity at Prince George's Community College.

Oscar Escamilla- Technology Specialist 

Oscar serves a Seniors' First trainer, where he provides computer literacy training to senior citizens.  He also has taught coding to youth at various middle school in Baltimore City.  In addition, he is currently studying Information Technology at Prince George's Community College.

Alan Richardson - Social Media Consultant 

Alan is an accomplished and results-oriented social media expert and event professional, with over 15 years of experience.  He has an exceptional ability to plan, organize and execute events that achieve results.   While serving as the Director of Catering for Donohoe Hospitality Services at the Holiday Inn, Alan developed and managed the social media marketing.  He created and managed various fundraising events ranging from students scholarships to inaugural balls, and he was responsible for managing Holiday Inn Capitol's  independent website. 

Byron Walker - Multimedia Specialist 

Byron serves as a volunteer where he teaches youth music production during our Summer Create Initiative program.
